We are having to let you know that unfortunately due to the lack of take up by organisations, displays and stalls for this years Armed Forces Day event, rising costs and insufficient funding we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the Armed Forces Day event on the 21st June 2026.
Thank you to those that had replied but it has got to be worth it for everyone.
We are hoping to organise an AFD event for 2027 on the 20th of June, in order for the event to go ahead we need more volunteers to help, more organisations and exhibitors to attend. We hope to book the park shortly to avoid any clash with other events.

Armed Forces Day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets. There are many ways for people, communities and organisations across the country to show their support and get involved, from attending an event or joining us online to throwing a party or local event.
